ELLA membership is open to individuals from 31 towns and villages in the Hudson Hills and Highlands who serve on any town-appointed environmental committee. ELLA membership is free, and provides an opportunity for networking with colleagues as well as a variety of resources for members to strengthen their role as environmental leaders in their municipality and the larger region.
